A. For Library Member Delivery is free of cost or nominal Fee as per base on Plans and for other services, we offer nominal delivery charges. We charge min Rs.100.00 to Rs 1000.00 Base on Products sizes and type of transportation required. Additional charges may apply for inaccessible areas. Please confirm with our support team for further clarification.

A. Being parents ourselves, we place a high importance on cleanliness and hygiene. Our toys are cleaned & sanitized before and after each use and we do ask that toys are returned in the same condition as they were hired.

A. For library service minimum order is Rs 300.00 for four weeks.

A. Our toys are high quality, durable, safe toys - so it is very unusual that the toys would break. In the unlikely event that it does - don't try and fix the toy - keep the toy & parts together and let us know. If a toy is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will need to cover the cost of replacement. Do not allow children to play with damaged toys.

A. A booking cancellation made within 48 hours of the delivery date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Payments for events canceled upon delivery or in less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

A. You may upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will effect from Next month circulation and you will be charged for your new plan at a time of renewal. We recommend changing your plan at the end of your current billing cycle at least 72-hours before your plan renews for the following month or term.

A. The rent of the toys is determined by their condition and cost of procurement. So the toys which are slightly older or mint condition, rent charged on them lesser to latest one.
